HomeRiver Group is looking to hire a full-time Field Coordinator/Property Inspector with exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic and a strong desire to be a part of an awesome team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A FIELD COORDINATOR/PROPERTY INSPECTOR

As our Field Assessor, you will be responsible for determining the condition of rented and/or vacant properties. You will positively perform move in/outs, place digital lock boxes on properties for marketing purposes and perform occupancy checks. You will collaborate with utility providers to fill out applications, submit deposits and provide meter numbers as needed. Not only will you perform rent ready evaluations to determine if repair items are needed prior to move in; you will also evaluate the quality of work performed by third party contractors. A company van will be provided so must have a clean driving record.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FIELD COORDINATOR/PROPERTY INSPECTOR

  • Ability to work with various technology platforms (Cloud based systems)
  • Intermediate experience using MS Office applications and G-Suite
  • The candidate should be computer savvy and quickly adapt to new computer systems
  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Valid driver's license with proof of insurability and reliable personal transportation
  • 1+ year(s) experience in Property Management (Preferable)
  • 1+ year(s) experience within the Residential Maintenance Field
