HomeRiver Group is looking to hire a full-time Assistant Property Manager also known as a Resident Coordinator with property management experience, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong desire to be a part of an awesome team. This is a remote position but employee must reside in the state of Texas.


As our Resident Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and facilitate the success of a portfolio of residential properties. You are the face of our company. Using your excellent customer service skills to meet the needs of current residents is always your highest priority. You collaborate on basic property accounting activities such as collections, evictions, lease violations, and respond to inquiries via phone and email. Your friendly demeanor and positive attitude set the tone at the office.

Keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently, you handle any issues such as violation notices promptly. You enjoy building good relationships and take pride in helping provide well-managed living arrangements for our tenants while maximizing profits for our company.


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of administrative experience
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn various software programs
  • Experience using G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Drive
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Life-changing customer service skills
  • 1+ year(s) of Property Management Experience (Required)
