HomeRiver Group is looking to hire a full-time Commercial Property Manager who is eager to learn as we train them to perform all Commercial Property Manager duties and provide exceptional customer service. This position would be a good fit for an individual who has a positive "can-do-attitude", is a strong communicator, energetic, detail oriented, and comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER

As our Commercial Property Manager, you will perform all property management functions for a portfolio of commercial properties. You will positively resolve and document all tenant and owner requests and make authentic connections with the owners, tenants and tenant prospects by answering phone calls, emails and in person inquiries. You will work closely with the maintenance team to facilitate necessary property repairs and improvements. You will collaborate and oversee basic property accounting activities such as ledger accuracy, collections, invoicing, security deposit disposition, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROPERTY MANAGER

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in property management preferred, or related field.
  • Willing to obtain Property Management License
  • Experience using MS Office applications and G-Suite
  • The candidate should be computer savvy and quickly adapt to new computer systems
  • Valid driver's license
  • A reliable vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Positive Attitude and willingness to help out whenever needed
  • Must be an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
